Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams, including staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training.
- Ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
- Conduct engaging staff meetings to foster communication.

Sales and Operations Management:
- Drive sales and manage team performance effectively.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
