Manager will reach out directly to interview prior to offering** MUST Haves: 2 years recent experience BLS - must be AHA RCIS, ARRT or RCES EP and Neuro Scrub experience due to working in those areas when needed Proficient with coronary stent interventions If ARRT, will need to get NDMIRT prior to start clinicians who are certified through CCI will be performing imaging ( panning and activation of fluoroscopy) and will need the ND Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist or Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist license When screening candidates, candidates must note if competent in the following: LHC, RHC, PFO/ASD, Pericardial Tap, Temporary Pacer, BAV, Watchmen, Mitral Clip, TAVI, AngioVac, IABP, Impella, Cardiomems, ECMO, Tilt Table (Monitor/RN), Pacers, CRTD, Micra, Ablations, RF Ablations, Loop Implants, Lower Extremity, TCAR, Neuro, Circulate Cases, Monitor (Cupid/MAC lab). General job duties. Types of procedures required. Scrub tech for cardiac angiograms/interventions, neuro angiograms/interventions, and vascular endograph/peripheral vascular angiograms/interventions, pacemaker implants/device cases. Possibility of EP and structural heart based on candidate experience. . Preferred working knowledge of diagnostic radiographic principles, including radiographic positioning, film/image processing, quality control, and radiation protection is required. 1. Left/right Heart caths/PCI (rotablader, shockwave) 2. Pericardiocentesis 3. Intra-aortic balloon pump/impella insertion/removal 4. Peripheral vascular 5. Electrophysiology devices (Pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorder, etc.) insertion/removal 6. PFO/ASD closure 7. Electrophysiology ablations (preferred) Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. EPIC, CUPID, GE MAC Lab/Cardio Lab is the main reporting system within the cath lab Required skills and minimum years of experience. Proficient with roles of a CVT or Rad Tech with scrubbing the above procedures preferred, proficient with sterile technique, RCIS/RCES or ARRT (R). 2 years of experience working in the this role. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. BLS - AHA, RCIS/RCES or ARRT (R) Shift or schedule requirements. 4-10 hour shifts Monday thru Friday with rotation of call every 3-4th weekend, along with 1 night of call per week. Call team consists of a 4 person team. candidate would not work alone. Floating to other units/departments. no Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 8 cath lab rooms with 1 procedure room Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program. will assess candidates level of experience and tailor orientation to candidate. 1-2 days with a mentor that will be assigned. - All clinicians must badge in and out at facility - Scrub Color: *Provided* Ceil Blue *MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health.
