We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Supervisor to provide leadership and clinical oversight for cardiovascular service lines. The ideal candidate will manage Cath Lab operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and support both administrative and clinical functions within the department.

• Manage administrative and clinical operations of Cath Lab, Stress, and ECHO departments
• Oversee staffing levels and workforce planning
• Manage departmental budgets and operational costs
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
• Supervise delivery of high-quality patient care services
• Hire, discipline, and manage staff performance
• Provide clinical support in Cath Lab procedures when required
• Perform additional related duties as assigned

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience (Cath Lab RN or Cath Lab Technologist)
• Active clinical license, certification, or registration as required by state law
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Associate s Degree required; BSN preferred or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and operational management experience in healthcare settings
• Ability to oversee clinical and administrative functions simultaneously
• Must meet background and credentialing requirements
