Shifts: M-F 07:00-17:30, 4-10 hour shifts with on call requirements

Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist for a travel assignment in Rochester, New York. This position specializes in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Cath Lab Technologist
  • Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations
  • Handle cardiac implant closure devices and stent placements
  • Conduct diagnostic catheterizations for adults
  • Manage IABP placement and removal
  • Interpret dysrhythmias accurately
  • Execute left and right heart catheterizations
  • Perform percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) and PTCA
  • Carry out Rotablader athrectomy and scrub procedures
  • Set up equipment and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias
  • Maintain sterile field using scrub techniques

Requirements of the Cath Lab Technologist
  • ACLS, BLS certification
  • ARRT R certification, or CCI RCIS if ARRT is not available
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a cardiac cath lab environment
  • EPIC charting experience required
