Ideal candidates are experienced in both Cath Lab & Angio with scrub experience WILL ACCEPT LOCAL TRAVELERS Start Date: ASAP - Any Monday Length: 13 or 26 weeks Shift: 4x10 Days Mon-Fri 0700 - 1730 Call: about one weeknight per week and one weekend every 3-4 weeks Certs Required: BLS, ACLS, ARRT-R, OBMI (Oregon state license) REFUSAL TO FLOAT AS REQUESTED WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT Legacy Health expects travelers to float within a site and across the system. Candidates may not reside within 50 miles of any Legacy facility. Required Experience: Epic experience is required for all RN submissions. Time Off (RTO): Maximum of 7 days RTO permitted. No RTO during the first 2 weeks of the assignment. All RTO requests must be included at the time of submission. Licensing Requirements: Active Oregon State license or proof of Oregon license application and fingerprinting is required with submission. References: One professional reference from a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Manager is required with submission. Reference should preferably be from within the last year. Background Review: No felony convictions accepted. Any background hit must include: Traveler explanation statement Waiver/approval documentation (WA) Return Staff Policy Former staff must be separated from the facility/system for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler. Start Facility Requirements : Compliance Documentation: All compliance documents must be completed and submitted by the Wednesday prior to start date. Modules: Pre-start requirements, including modules, skills testing, competencies, and compliance activities, are non-billable. Estimated completion time is 4 8 hours.
