Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Angioplasty Specialist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8.5 hours (07:30 - 16:00) Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the specialty with at least 1 year scrubbing in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab License: NY license required Certifications: Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) preferred; AHA certifications only accepted Must-Have: Knowledge of Interventional Cardiology Knowledge of Hemodynamic Monitoring Knowledge of Cardiovascular Anatomy and Physiology Description: This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The assignment lasts for 13 weeks. An associate degree or equivalent experience is required. Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) registration is preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience and at least one year of scrubbing in a cardiac catheterization lab. In-depth knowledge of Interventional Cardiology, Hemodynamic Monitoring, and Cardiovascular Anatomy and Physiology is essential. Interviews will be conducted via video conference, and candidates must have their camera on during the meeting. Travel pairs are accepted, but they cannot work the same shift. Candidates must have experience with EPIC charting systems, preferred. Travelers must be away from previous employers for at least one year before being considered. The total amount of time off cannot exceed ten days combined during the contract period.
