WILL ACCEPT LOCAL TRAVELERS
Shift: 4x10 Days Mon-Fri 0700 - 1730
Call: about one weeknight per week and one weekend every 3-4 weeks
Certs Required: BLS, ACLS, ARRT-R, OBMI (Oregon state license)
RTO: No RTO in first 2 weeks. Max 7 days of RTO.
REFUSAL TO FLOAT AS REQUESTED WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT
Legacy Health expects travelers to float within a site and across the system.
Travelers are required to complete any education assigned within one week of assignment.
Low Census Mandatory cancellation terms: Must cancel 1.5 hours before the start of a shift. Personnel may be mandatorily cancelled one shift per two-week pay period without cause or penalty.

Special Procedures/Unit Details : Scrub experience required. 1st assistant to operator. Complex cardiac interventions, utilizing equipment such as OCT, IVUS, Rotoblator, Shockwave, drug coated balloons, CTO equipment and techniques, insertion of impella CP, RP, 5.5, IABP, Manifold, balloon/stent prep and deployment, pericardiocentesis.
Special Equipment : Brand new lab/building, 7 rooms, Philips Azurion systems. Western facing windows, what a view! Dedicated, private call rooms plus shower for Cath Lab staff use. Dedicated EVS/turnover staff 7 days/week, including overnight.

References 1 Charge, Supervisor, or Manager reference required with submission. Preferably within last year.
Background Hits NO Felony hits. Must include traveler statement and WA with submission.
Return Staff Policy 1 year separation rule.
Doc Due Date - Compliance Document Deadline is Wednesday prior to start
Modules:
Pre-start modules or other requirements (skills testing, competencies, compliance, etc.) are non-billable, average 4-8 hours
Modules completed during orientation are billable, or attributed to NBO if completed in the first 8 hours of orientation
RNs will be required to complete an EPIC Test Out Module. If RN doesn t pass, a mandatory 8-hour training course will be assigned as an alternative (This course will be at no charge to legacy and will need to be margined for if RN doesn t pass Test Out Approved by Megan Moore).
