Job Title: Cath Lab Technician Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty License: Rad Tech License in KY through ARRT required prior to start Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS required Must-Have: - Level 1 experience preferred - PALS must be obtained before the start date - EKG onboarding exam required - Experience with Epic EHR and McKesson Description: Must have a Rad Tech License in KY through ARRT before start, pending license okay at submission. Level 1 experience preferred. BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS are required. PALS is not needed at time of submission, but must be obtained before the start date. An EKG onboarding exam is required. Shifts will be four 10-hour shifts per week, from 07:00 to 17:30. Call requirements are as follows: 1 late call per week (17:30 to 19:30), 1 call shift per week (17:30 to 07:00), 1-2 call weekends per 6-week schedule. Preferred experience with Philips single and bi-plane angiography. Local travelers within a 75-mile radius are not accepted. Candidates will float within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby. Modules are billable and will be completed during orientation and annually, varying by specialty. Rehire eligibility will be checked regularly.
