Subcontractor : 20333 W 151st St, Olathe, KS 66061
Class/Area: Cath/IR Scrub Tech
Bill Rate: $120 before administrative fees
Start Date: ASAP
Scheduled details: 7am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday, one day off during the week. May have to stay late occasionally to finish cases
Experience: Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab and/or IR experience | Ability to float to EP Lab | Experience with pacemakers
Experience Preferred: 2 years Cath/IR and EP, willing to take RNs with Cath/IR scrub experience for this role.
License/ Certification Requirements: ARRT or RCIS | Current ACLS and BLS
Floating Requirements: Cath/IR and EP
Weekend Requirements: Only when on-call every 3rd or 4th weekend
On-Call Requirements: 1 - 2 shifts during the week from 5:30pm - 7am | Weekend on-call is every 3rd or 4th weekend
Holiday Requirements: Based on unit needs

Client Specific Details: KU is a nicotine free facility | bi-weekly pay period | 8 hours Non Billable Orientation | EMR is EPIC
Client is allowed the cancellation of one shift per 2 week pay period at no cost to the client and no pay to the employee. Will provide a minimum 2-hours' notice.
Orientation: Will attend TUKHS 2-day orientation first week on Monday and Tuesday, will then attend Olathe orientation on Wednesday
Credential Due Date: Creds are due Monday one week prior to Monday start
