Travel Cath Lab Tech - $3,105 to $3,305 per week in Charlotte, NC

Earn full time pay and benefits while you assist physicians and other Cath lab personnel in conducting vital diagnostic tests and procedures; and operate advanced medical equipment to capture crucial images and data of the heart and blood vessels.

What You'll Need:

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist or equivalent certification.
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) from CCI preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospital Cath Lab or interventional cardiac environment. Preferred: experience with outpatient interventional cardiac services.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Required skills for RN candidates: EPIC experience, IABP/Impella competency, EKG/cardiac strip interpretation, arterial line and CVP management, critical/cardiac gtts, conscious sedation, transvenous/temp pacing, transcutaneous pacing.
• Required skills for Cath Lab Tech candidates: IABP/Impella competency, aseptic technique, sheath pulling, TR band placement/removal, line securement, EKG/cardiac rhythm interpretation.
• Experience with Merge/Hemo imaging systems preferred.
• State licensure as required for practice in North Carolina.

• Facility Type: Hospital (Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory).
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: 0730-1800.
• Schedule: 4x10 (days) per provided facility schedule.
• Duration: 13 week travel assignment.
• EMR: EPIC.
• Orientation: New employee orientation plus 3-4 days departmental orientation.
• Floating: No floating required.
• Department: Outpatient Interventional Cardiac Services.
