Are you ready to take your expertise as a cardiovascular technologist to new heights? Join our team as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a team that values your expertise while experiencing a new location. Assist physicians and Cath Lab personnel in conducting diagnostic and interventional procedures and operate advanced imaging equipment to capture crucial cardiac data.
What You'll Need:
- ARRT R (Registered Radiologic Technologist) or equivalent certification required.
- RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) from CCI preferred. RCIS may be accepted in lieu of ARRT when client allows, but only one RCIS may be scheduled on-call at a time per client requirement.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience required. Experience must include diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Demonstrated skills in: diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab procedures, left and right heart catheterizations, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI/PTCA), cardiac stent placement, device closures, IABP placement/removal, recognition and interpretation of dysrhythmias, rotablator atherectomy, sterile technique, scrub and circulator roles, and equipment setup.
- Ability to work on-call as required. Client accepts first-time travelers.
- State-specific licensure when required.
- Preferred: ARRT and RCIS dual credentials acceptable but not required.
