Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Technician Profession: Cath Lab Technician Specialty: Cath Lab Technician Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 4x10 Days Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 3+ years of recent experience required; 2 years of travel experience License: Current state License as a Radiologic Tech Certifications: ARRT Certification, AHA ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Interventional, Cardiac, PCI, Scrub, and EPIC experience required - Cath/EP Lab experience - EP Responsibilities: scrub for device implants, lead revision, and ablations - Adult patient population - EMR/Charting System: EPIC - Cupid - Equipment Used: Toshiba X-Ray, Cannon equipment - Potentially floating to Interventional Radiology Description: This position is for an ARRT Certified Radiologic Tech in a Cardiac Cath Lab. The shift is from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, working four 10-hour days. The role includes several call shifts, with a call room available on site. The unit consists of two rooms performing PCI, Impella, balloon pump interventions, device implants, and ablations. Candidates must have the ability to scrub for device implants and perform lead revisions and ablations. Experience with EP responsibilities, interventional procedures, and specific equipment is essential. The patient population served is adult, and familiarity with EPIC as a charting system is required. Applicants must possess the necessary certifications and licenses to be eligible for this role.
