Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Technician Profession: Catheterization Laboratory Technician Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Technician Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 10 hours (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) Experience: Minimum years of experience required Description: The Cardiac Cath Lab Technician will be responsible for assisting in the performance of diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. Duties include preparing and maintaining the lab, ensuring all equipment is operational. The technician will work closely with the medical staff to support patient care. This role includes floating as needed to Pre/Post Cardiac Units. The position requires being on call every fifth weekend and one weekday per week. Candidates must possess the necessary licenses and certifications for the role. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. Experience in a cardiac cath lab setting is preferred.
