Are you ready to take your expertise as a cardiovascular technologist to new heights. Join our team as a Cath Lab Technologist and play a vital role on a team that values your expertise while experiencing a new location. Assist physicians and cath lab personnel with diagnostic tests and interventional procedures. Operate advanced imaging equipment to capture diagnostic images and support procedural workflow. Provide individualized patient care for Neonatal, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patients in a diagnostic interventional setting. Maintain sterile technique, set up sterile trays, circulate during procedures, and perform duties such as manipulation of drains and lines, suturing assistance, supplies stocking, charting, and quality improvement activities.


Minimum Qualifications

  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) R.T. (R) certification OR Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification required.
  • State of Nevada Radiation Control Program License required.
  • AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
  • Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab technologist experience in a hospital setting.
  • Experience with Cath and EP procedures, including scrubbing and panning the X‑Ray table.
  • Competent operation of interventional imaging equipment and related machinery.
  • Ability to act as first assist to Interventional Cardiologist, Vascular Surgeon, or Interventional Radiologist.
  • Willingness to float to other locations within organizational needs up to competency level.


Preferred Qualifications

  • RCIS certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.
  • Experience across a range of patient populations and age-specific competency standards preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift schedule: 4x10, rotating schedule Monday through Friday.
  • Weekly guaranteed hours: 40.
  • Call requirements: one weeknight call and one weekend call shift (Saturday or Sunday) every 5 weeks.
  • Schedule may include weekends, holidays, and additional call shifts as departmental needs require.
  • May be required to pick up one additional shift during the schedule period.
  • Travelers may be required to float to meet organizational needs up to their competency level.
  • Facility reserves the right to cancel shifts with 48 hours' notice for low census per contract.
