Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Profession: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Not specified Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Candidates without ACLS or BLS certifications will not be considered for the role. Description: This position is for a Contract Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week assignment. The shift is from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role requires on-call availability for 10-12 days per week. The unit has 8 beds and a staff of 10, including 4 Registered Nurses and 3 Cardiovascular Technicians. Typical procedures performed include cardiac catheterizations, PCI, peripheral procedures, and pacemaker and defibrillator implants. The ideal candidate is a team player. Dress code requires ceil blue scrubs. Preferred candidates should possess additional certifications such as RCIS. This unit provides opportunities to work with new equipment and technology. The staff has varied tenure and experience, and there are multiple schedule options available.
