Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Profession: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 06:30-16:00 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Valid state license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Candidates must possess ACLS and BLS certifications. - Some cardiac care experience is required. Description: The position is for a Cardiac Cath Lab Technician. The work environment focuses on teamwork and collaboration. Technicians will work with a dedicated team and operate essential equipment. Typical procedures performed include Left Heart Catheterization, Right Heart Catheterization, and Pacemaker insertion. Additional procedures may involve Stress tests, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, and Port Insertion. Candidates with experience in ICU or Cardiac Cath Lab settings will be prioritized. Flexibility to work 4-5 days a week is essential. Travelers will be assigned shifts that include working every other weekend and holidays. The unit is well-equipped and features advanced technology. The staff consists of a mix of experienced professionals, fostering a supportive workplace.
