HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management Manager for a travel nursing job in Annapolis, Maryland.

Registered Nurse – Case Manager
Facility: Anne Arundel Medical Center
Location: Annapolis, MD
Start Date: 08/24/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:00)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Patient Ratio: 1:30-35
Charting System: Epic
Float Required: Yes, within scope as needed
Call Requirement: None
Job Duties:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, needs evaluations, and care planning to coordinate appropriate healthcare services.
- Manage discharge planning, transition of care, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient outcomes.
- Conduct utilization reviews, concurrent reviews, and determine medical necessity using evidence-based guidelines.
- Coordinate with physicians, nursing teams, social workers, and external resources to facilitate effective patient care management.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR while ensuring compliance with CMS, HIPAA, Joint Commission, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
License: Active RN License – MD License or Compact License required
Experience: Minimum 5 years RN experience; Case Management/Utilization Review experience required; Travel experience required
Certifications: BLS preferred
Other Requirement: Epic experience required; Acute hospital experience preferred; ICU/MS/ED background preferred; must provide one professional reference.

Patient Ratios: 1:30-35
Patient Population: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics
Patient Diagnoses: Medical-surgical, chronic disease management, acute care conditions, complex discharge planning needs, and patients requiring care coordination/utilization review services.
