Job Title: Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: Multispecialty Ultrasound Tech, General Ultrasound, Echo, Vascular Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 1 year in applicable specialties License: Valid State License required Certifications: ARDMS, ARDMS RVT, BLS, CCI Must-Have: - Experience in general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB, breast, transvaginal, vascular, and echocardiogram procedures - Adult echo, contrast echo, and echo stress treadmill experience Description: This position requires expertise in a variety of ultrasound modalities. Candidates must be proficient in general and fetal ultrasound, as well as specific procedures like echocardiograms and vascular exams. On-call duties will be required from 5 PM to 8 AM on weekdays and 24 hours on weekends. Weekends will involve on-call responsibilities. The expected patient ratio is 8:1. This is a multispecialty position involving various ultrasound techniques. Successful candidates will be assisting in training new clinicians. Job responsibilities will include performing a comprehensive range of ultrasound examinations and ensuring high-quality imaging.
