Job Title: Technician Profession: Technician Specialty: Cardiovascular Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 2 Years Cath Experience Required License: RCIS Preferred Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RCIS Must-Have: Cardiac Experience Preferred, IR Experience Preferred Description: The Cardiovascular/Interventional Laboratory provides services that include: Cardiac catheterization. Angiography. Peripheral angioplasty with or without stent placement. Venography. Cardiac pacemaker insertions. A variety of non-vascular interventional procedures. Both inpatient and one-day outpatient services are provided. On-call responsibilities include one call shift per week and one weekend call shift per month. Weekends involve on-call duties only.
