Job Title: Travel CVOR Tech Profession: CST/ORT Specialty: OR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 06:00 - 15:00 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a hospital setting License: Current medical license Certifications: BLS, ACLS required Must-Have: - Cardiac, Vascular, and Thoracic experience - Punctuality with a 30-minute call-back time - Flexible schedule Description: This position involves working as a Travel CVOR Tech in a dynamic surgical environment. The role requires two years of experience in a hospital setting, specifically with cardiac, vascular, and thoracic procedures. Candidates must possess current BLS and ACLS certifications. The typical procedures performed include CABG, Valves, TAVR, EVAR, TEVAR, Carotid endarterectomy, and various others related to vascular and thoracic surgery. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to adapt to varying situations. Travelers will have backup from nursing staff during on-call hours, providing additional support. This opportunity offers a well-coordinated team environment with experienced staff members. The facility provides scrubs for staff to maintain a professional appearance. Time off requests must be managed in accordance with unit policies. Call requirements include one weekend per month and 2-3 days during the week. This role allows travelers to enhance their skills while working in a supportive and established team.
