Job Title: Cardiac Tele Registered Nurse





Location: Bel Air, MD





Setting: Hospital





Pay Range: 2078.32 - 2182.24





Schedule: 07:00 - 19:30 (Day 3x12-Hour)





Contract Length: 13 Weeks





Candidate Type: Travel





Requirements: MD State Lic, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS





Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized cardiac telemetry nursing care to adult patients with primary or secondary cardiac diagnoses.
  • Monitor patients utilizing remote telemetry systems and specialized equipment such as Zebra portable phones and IV pumps.
  • Administer medications including specialty drips like Cardizem, Amiodarone, and Heparin.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety during day shifts and scheduled on-call periods.
  • Follow protocols for holidays, weekends, and floating assignments within the specialty and other units.
