Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain cath lab equipment and operating area.
  • Monitor vital signs and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias during procedures.
  • Implement infection control measures and maintain sterile techniques.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 department coverage.
  • Document patient information and procedure details accurately in the Cerner system.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a cardiac catheterization lab required.
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
  • ARRT or RCIS certification required.
  • Proficient in performing adult diagnostic catheterizations and PCIs.
  • Cerner charting experience required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call shifts.
