Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cardiac Cath Lab) Specialty position located in Merced, California. This role involves working in a busy Cath Lab environment, performing diagnostic and interventional procedures such as PCIs, peripherals, nephrostomy tubes, and IVC filters. The ideal candidate has experience assisting with balloon pumps and STEMI cases, and can help train new nurses. The schedule consists of day shifts, typically starting at 7 a.m., with flexibility for earlier or later cases.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, usually starting at 7:00 AM, with shifts typically running 10 hours, and a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Certifications in ACLS and BLS; minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting; California licensure required; no specific education degree requirements noted; no experience requirement explicitly listed.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of balloon pumps; STEMI experience is a plus.
