Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - CADD $$SN$$
Location: Hamtramck, Michigan
Shift: Part Time – Clinic Hours 3x8s (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Duration: 13 weeks
Job Duties
• Develop and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and related developmental disabilities.
• Conduct skill acquisition assessments and functional behavior assessments to identify individualized treatment needs.
• Create and manage comprehensive behavior treatment plans based on patient goals, progress data, and clinical needs.
• Provide supervision and support to ABA therapists through direct observation, coaching, consultation, and treatment guidance.
• Monitor data collection and documentation processes to evaluate progress and recommend treatment plan modifications.
• Provide direct behavioral intervention when needed and model effective intervention strategies for therapists.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including speech pathologists, occupational therapists, pediatricians, psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers.
• Provide training and consultation to families, caregivers, educational teams, therapists, and clinical staff.
• Develop and deliver training seminars for student interns and ABA team members.
• Support program development, community education, and healthcare system initiatives.
• Assist with billing-related concerns and collaborate with internal departments as needed.
