Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Virtual with Monthly Travel

We're growing and looking for BCBAs who want flexibility, real clinical support, and room to advance.
Role structure
- Primarily remote / telehealth
- Travel one week per month to assigned regions for in-person support, team development, and client needs
Compensation
- Total compensation: $85,000–$92,000 + monthly bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Case management for learners ages 2–18
- Clinical documentation and data tracking in CentralReach
- Intake assessments and treatment planning
- Parent training and caregiver collaboration
- Supervision and mentorship of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
- Collaboration with Clinical Directors and regional leadership
- Full-time billable expectation: 30 hours/week for remote/travel roles
Qualifications
- Lives within 350 miles of the San Jose metro area and able to travel 5 days per month (1 week in-person, 3 weeks remote)
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree
- Strong ethical standards and clinical judgment
- Commitment to client outcomes
- Leadership mindset and ability to support growing teams
- Comfortable working remotely with periodic travel
Salary
$85,000—$90,000 USD
