**Join Our Team as a Night Shift RN for Behavioral Health!** - **Position Information:** - Role: RN - Specialty: Behavioral Health - Number of Openings: 1 - Shift: Night shift (1900-0730) - Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 - Weekend Hours: Included in the 36 hours - Call Requirements: Be a part of the team that responds to shift openings and call-offs - Required Certifications: RN license - Float Requirements: Flexibility to float to all units as needed - **Unit Profile:** - Number of Beds: 96-bed hospital, 4 units of 20-26 patients - Patient Ratios: - 1:12 on Adolescent, Adult Mental Wellness, & Adult Acute - 1:10 on Adult Dual Diagnosis/SUD - EHR: HCS - **Supervisor:** - Michelle Wade-Bennett, CNO - **Patient Population:** - Adolescents (13-17 years old) and Adults (18+) - **Must Have Skills/Experience:** - Proficient de-escalation skills - **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** - Experience in behavioral health, medical, or dual diagnosis - Ability to perform CIWA and COWS assessments - **Common Diagnosis/Treatment:** - Average length of stay: 7-10 days - Focus on acute stabilization in behavioral health - **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Navy **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
