Exciting Opportunity for an RN Psych Nurse!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Registered Nurse - **Specialty:** Psych - **Openings:** 3 - **Shift:** 7am-7:30pm - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 - **Weekend Requirements:** Every other weekend - **Call Requirements:** No call required **Unit Profile:** - **Facility Department/Cost Center:** Highland Hills Behavioral Health - **Floor:** All Units - **Number of Beds:** 24 - **Patient Ratios:** 1:4 - **Patient Population:** Ages 18-99 - **Common Diagnoses:** Detox, depression, psychosis - **Required Certifications:** CPR; must attend CPI training within 30 days - **Years of Experience Required:** 1 year of nursing experience - **Float Requirements:** Flexibility to work on all 3 units as needed **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - **Must Have Skills/Experience:** Ability to recognize mental health as an illness - **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** Previous psych/detox experience - **Personality Fit:** Compassionate about mental health; able to remain unbothered by patient comments; proactive during downtime **Dress Code:** - **Scrub Color:** Navy blue - **Unacceptable Attire:** No hoodies **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
