SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a Trauma Performance Improvement & Patient Safety Coordinator to join our Trauma Services team. This full-time role will primarily work on-site days.
Purpose of this position
The Trauma Performance Improvement & Patient Safety PIPS Coordinator is fundamental to the development, implementation, and evaluation of the trauma program. Working in conjunction with the Adult Trauma Medical Director, Pediatric Trauma Medical Director, Trauma Program Manager, and Pediatric Trauma Coordinator, this person initiates, manages, and oversees the organization of the Trauma PIPS Program. This individual works with other members of the trauma program to identify areas in need of improvement regarding the care of injured patients of all ages.
