The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory of trauma and extremity medical devices, ensuring accurate tracking, and optimizing stock levels. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and suppliers. A bachelor's degree and experience in the medical device industry are for this position.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the inventory of trauma and extremity medical devices, including orthopedic implants, prosthetics, and related suppliesEnsure accurate tracking and recording of inventory levels, including receiving, storage, and distribution of trauma and extremity medical devicesCollaborate with healthcare providers and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of trauma and extremity medical devicesMonitor inventory levels and develop strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and prevent stockoutsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards for the storage and inventory management of trauma and extremity medical devicesConduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and address any discrepanciesProvide training and support to healthcare staff on proper inventory management procedures for trauma and extremity medical devicesUndertakes additional responsibilities as delegated by managementQualificationsBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related fieldExperience in inventory management, preferably in a healthcare or medical device setting, with a focus on trauma and extremitiesStrong understanding of regulatory requirements for the storage and inventory management of trauma and extremity medical devicesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and suppliersProficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applicationsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and career growth.
