You will be responsible for:
• Creates and manages Driver Qualification DQ files • Manages Department of Transportation DOT audits • Establish delivery routes that are cost-effective and compliant with Federal DOT guidelines • Maintain exceptional customer service standards, quality, and satisfaction • Utilize Roadnet application to ensure delivery costs are held to the company-expected run rates • Optimize routing schedules while strongly emphasizing driver safety • Cultivate excellent relationships with the drivers and customers • Monitor sudden route changes or road construction to establish new routes to maintain timely deliveries
This position is Monday-Friday from 9:00 am-7:00 pm.
Salary: $65,000-$70,000
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent • 2 years of distribution logistics, transportation, or related work experience • Ability to create, manage, and calculate routes • Experience with DQ file compliance • Knowledge of the local area • Proficiency in Excel and Word, and experience with RoadNet is a plus • Safe drive experience is a plus • CDL A is a plus
