Responsibilities / Key Duties:
Plan and schedule freight shipments for local and interstate routes
Communicate with drivers and carriers to confirm pickup and delivery times
Monitor shipment progress and report exceptions or delays
Maintain accurate documentation of shipments and dispatch records
Collaborate with operations team to streamline workflow and improve efficiency
Candidate Profile / Qualifications:
Experience in freight dispatch, logistics coordination, or transportation planning preferred
