Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree. One year of experience monitoring or developing contracts is required. Additional related experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Proof of education and work experience to meet minimum qualifications must be presented and will be verified.

The incumbent will serve as a Transit Contracts Compliance Officer within the DBE Unit, responsible for monitoring federal and state contracts and enforcing wage provisions and requirements under the Davis-Bacon.
