Job Title: Transportation Group Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead transportation planning and design teams, overseeing delivery of infrastructure projects that affect community mobility.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality; proactively resolve technical, schedule, and financial issues as they arise.
- Develop and sustain trusted relationships with public and private sector clients, including state agencies and local municipalities.
- Contribute to business development through proposal writing, client engagement, and marketing activities.
- Provide mentorship and professional development to staff within a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.
- Navigate complex public processes and obtain municipal approvals for transportation infrastructure projects.
- Participate in professional organizations and community activities to maintain visibility within the industry.
Requirements
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
- 15+ years of experience in transportation, roadway, or highway engineering
- Active Professional Engineering (PE) license
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Financial acumen with hands-on experience using dashboards, metrics, and data-driven performance management
- Familiarity with PennDOT or PTC design standards
- Track record of business development success in the transportation sector
- Proficiency in MS Office; MicroStation experience preferred
