Closing Date: July 19, 2026.Job SummaryThis position is responsible for the administration of the Construction and Operations Groups within the District. Duties include providing leadership, managing, supervising, overseeing and supporting District personnel; serving as a liaison to local, state, and federal agencies and stakeholders; addressing complaints and public needs; preparing recommendations for the DE for the Construction Program; preparing technical and administrative reports; serving on behalf of the DE as needed; supporting and leading the administration and management. The role models ADOT values through leading, coaching, and developing problem solvers to implement and sustain continuous improvement.
