Transportation Coordinator
Part Time up to 29 hours per week Location Mercer County
Position Overview
This person will be responsible for patient scheduling and driver scheduling as well as assist with telephone coordination of the transportation program. Duties
• Coordination of weekly/daily schedules & expenditures in specific area. • Communicate changes in drivers/schedule to affected sites when needed. • Schedule patient transportation. • Collaboration with PHN, PHNCF, and out of Network facilities as needed. • Attend meetings as required. • Monitor routes for most efficient travel. • When needed will drive the patient transportation vehicles. Is responsible for picking up and returning patients to/from scheduled appointments. • Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the Transportation Department.

Compensation Position starts at $16.00 per hour however PHN recognizes licensure experience, education, and site location when determining wage.
Location and Hours of Position Work location may vary depending on the employees home location within PHN service sites. Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm as needed NO WEEKENDS
Education Experience Requirements
• High school graduate or equivalent • Valid Drivers License • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Computer proficient • Excellent phone skills • Flexibility in the workplace • Proficient typing and computer skills • Must be available to work evening hours as required
