Transportation Associate - PRN/On-Call - PRN

Position Summary:

The Transportation Associate is responsible for safely transporting residents, staff, and materials as needed, supporting the daily operations of our community. This role ensures punctuality, safety, and a positive experience for all passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport residents to and from appointments, activities, and other destinations in a safe and timely manner.
• Assist residents with mobility and boarding as needed.
• Maintain assigned vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, fuel levels, and general upkeep.
• Report any vehicle maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow all traffic laws, organizational policies, and safety protocols.
• Support team members and assist with other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience operating passenger vans or similar vehicles preferred.
• Ability to safely assist individuals with mobility challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, bend, and assist residents when necessary.
• Comfortable spending extended periods driving and being on your feet.
