What You’ll Do

• Provide direct patient care within the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for adult patients
• Maintain a patient ratio of approximately 1:5
• Utilize skills in IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and patient assessments
• Document care efficiently using Epic electronic health record system
• Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures
• Support patient education and family communication

What You Need

• Ohio RN license (active)
• ACLS and BCLS certifications (current)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in PCU or similar setting
• Strong skills in telemetry, IV placement, and patient monitoring
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to rotating shifts and floating duties
