  • Submit weekly progress reports and contractor evaluations using field reporting applications and tools.
  • Support project controls, document control, and construction management processes as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on preconstruction planning, project coordination, and construction sequencing.
  • Assist in business development and utility distribution or transmission and distribution (T&D) initiatives as required.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively, including up to 100% overnight travel.
  • Experience with project coordination and project management activities in a construction environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation, reporting, and project coordination.
  • Experience with construction management, project controls, and document control processes.
  • Knowledge of transmission and utility distribution systems and related construction practices.

  • Supporting right-of-way (ROW) clearing, grounding, and site development activities.
  • Previous experience working directly with utility companies or engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors.
  • Exposure to preconstruction planning and business development activities in the transmission and distribution sector.
  • Ability to support utility distribution and broader transmission and distribution (T&D) initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in reporting, documentation, and contract compliance.
