As an Associate Transmission Line Engineer, you won't just support projects-you'll help design and deliver the infrastructure powering the energy transition.

• Design & Build Critical Infrastructure - Support the planning, design, and construction of transmission line projects that keep communities powered and connected.
• Engineer Smart Solutions - Perform engineering calculations and apply civil, mechanical, or electrical principles to develop efficient, reliable transmission support systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering
• 1+ years of experience (civil or electrical preferred-but driven entry-level candidates encouraged!)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for engineering real-world solutions
• Interest in tools like AutoCAD and PLS-CADD (or eagerness to learn)
• Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly across teams
• A growth mindset and interest in building a long-term engineering career

Work Environment

• Based in Indianapolis, IN
• Primarily office-based with occasional field exposure for site visits and hands-on learning
• Standard 40-hour workweek with flexibility (including potential WFH Fridays after onboarding)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $82000.00 - $87000.00/yr.
