The culture is collaborative and growth-focused, with strong investment in career development and the opportunity to work on nationally recognized, large-scale EPC-style projects.Job DescriptionLead engineering efforts for transmission EPC projects, from early-stage development through execution handoff.Serve as the technical lead during pursuits, supporting scope development, estimating, and risk evaluation.Collaborate with construction partners and cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate technical risks, support preliminary routing and design, and develop bill of materials.Drive scope, schedule, and budget development, with a focus on constructability, procurement support, and critical path planning.Provide value engineering solutions to optimize design, materials, and overall project delivery.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil/structural, geotechnical, environmental, real estate, GIS, and substation groups.Support go/no-go decisions, proposal development, and client presentations.Lead or support in technical roles such as Engineering Manager, Discipline Lead, or Technical Advisor.Develop and implement standard engineering practices, templates, and processes to support EPC project delivery.Mentor and lead engineering teams, fostering collaboration and technical growth across distributed teams.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
