About the Role

We’re looking for a strong, compassionate, and accountable Transitional Services Supervisor to lead our re-entry services team and help drive meaningful outcomes for the members we serve. In this role, you’ll oversee Transitional Services Re-Entry Specialists and Peer Coaches, support day-to-day service delivery, and partner across departments to ensure high-quality, member-centered care. You’ll balance leadership, operations, staff development, and performance oversight—all while helping people rebuild stability, dignity, and forward momentum in their lives.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Is passionate about re-entry work, recovery support, and helping individuals build a successful path forward after incarceration or major life disruption
  • Leads with both compassion and accountability, and knows how to support staff while holding a high bar for performance
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where strong judgment, flexibility, and follow-through matter
  • Can coach, develop, and supervise team members while effectively addressing boundaries, performance concerns, and operational needs
  • Understands how to balance member advocacy, staff leadership, documentation oversight, and program compliance
  • Wants a leadership role that is both deeply meaningful and highly impactful

  • Coaching, developing, supervising, and evaluating staff to support performance, accountability, retention, and professional growth
  • Overseeing member support activities and helping ensure continuity of care through coordination of admissions, discharges, transfers, and ongoing service delivery
  • Promoting services that support member privacy, dignity, safety, rights, and successful re-entry outcomes
  • Partnering with department leadership, Human Resources, and executive stakeholders to support operational excellence, staff engagement, and effective program management
  • Managing departmental operations tied to safety concerns, complaint resolution, quality improvement, survey readiness, and member/client satisfaction
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, documentation standards, billing expectations, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitoring and signing off on staff documentation and billing to support accuracy, timeliness, and best practices
  • Serving as a daily operational resource for staff related to tools, supplies, processes, and department workflow
  • Meeting team and department performance expectations, including KPIs tied to quality care, engagement, and service delivery

What Success Looks Like

  • Your team is supported, engaged, and held accountable—while consistently delivering strong, member-centered re-entry services
  • Staff receive clear coaching, performance feedback, supervision, and development support that strengthen both quality and retention
  • Member services are coordinated effectively, with strong communication across teams and smooth handling of admissions, discharges, and transitions
  • Documentation and billing are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational and compliance expectations
