Purpose of this position:

The purpose of this position is to drive sales for the Touchstone Communities' portfolio of skilled nursing communities in Texas through value-based selling. By possessing a comprehensive understanding of the post-acute market and selling clinical outcomes, the sales professional will meet the needs of customers to gain results and build successful relationships for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a Regional Sales Plan.
  • Act as a liaison between Touchstone Communities and key health care providers.
  • Effectively communicate with Communities and Regional IDT teams.
  • Assume accountability in Point Click Care, the CRM module and reporting features.
  • Demonstrates dependability and punctuality.
  • Observe infection control procedures.
  • Follow Residents' Rights policies and procedures and observe all HIPPA requirements.
  • Observe all company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare industry.
  • An associate's degree in a business-related field or a minimum of 2 years of sales related experience.
  • Technology proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience using a CRM not required but a plus.
  • Must be able to work independently and with a team.
  • Marketing Long Term Care/ Post Acute/ Hospital or SNFs for at least 2 in the North West, Tomball, Spring, North Houston areas
