    Job Description

    The TransFund Product Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of TransFund products and solutions to drive revenue growth and deepen customer relationships. This role helps with setting product vision and roadmaps, monitors industry trends, analyzes data, and develops new offerings to enhance profitability and market differentiation. The position negotiates with vendors, establishes product pricing, and manages a portfolio of products and services, while regularly presenting to and interfacing with current and prospective customers, including C‑level executives. The Product Manager leads communications related to product launches, enhancements, and updates, and provides oversight of enterprise‑wide initiatives impacting TransFund or its customers (including data analytics, learning platform, industry updates, compliances issues etc) and provides regular reporting or product performance. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, the payment industry, network relationships, AI and fund processing plus the ability to clearly communicate impacts of changes.

    How You'll Spend Your Time

    • You will manage a product portfolio, ensuring onboarding, customer reporting, dashboards and training materials effectively support business and client needs.
    • You will manage the customer training platform to ensure it is update with new materials, including product training, industry webinars, customer tutorials, training manuals, employee wiki pages, product guides etc.
    • You will work with leadership, sales, relationship management, partner management, merchant services, product and marketing teams - providing reporting on performance of campaigns, products and programs.
    • You will lead new products launches using Pragmatic framework - coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver program and products efficiently and on schedule.
    • You will maintain awareness of industry trends through conferences, publications, partner engagement, industry forum and customer interactions
    • You will ensure technology is being utilized and adopted as it come available including reporting tools, AI and data analytics.
    • May perform other duties as assigned.

    Education & Experience Requirements

    This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in business or related field and a minimum of 10+ years in product management and/or 15+ years of equivalent work experience in related field.

    • Experience with data analytics, reporting, dashboard creation and data visualization
    • Advance knowledge of reporting and data analytics tools including but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Qualtrics/Survey Monkey, SalesForce and Co-pilot
    • Understanding of payments / electronic funds transfer (EFT) industry practices, compliance and regulations and card brands and network operating rules
    • Experience with product management, project management and technology tool management
    • Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills, including oral and written communications skills
    • Ability to manage multiple high impact projects simultaneously
    • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
