To succeed, you should have significant experience in designing and testing magnetic components, with strong proficiency in handling magnets, transformers, and winding technologies. Troubleshooting expertise is essential, alongside familiarity with various magnetic materials and componentry. A bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on expertise in a senior technical role is desirable, with a minimum of two years' relevant experience preferred, more for a senior technical position.
