- Experience with magnetic component design, testing, or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of magnets, transformers, inverters, cores, and winding technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and magnetic performance issues.
- Experience with magnetic materials, wire, laminations, bobbins, and related components is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent hands-on experience as a senior-level technician will be considered.
- 2+ years of relevant experience for an engineer; more experience required for a technician.
- Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot magnetic components, including transformers, inductors, cores, and windings.
- Support inverter and power conversion product development.
- Work with customers and internal teams to define specifications and technical requirements.
- Analyze test data and resolve design, manufacturing, and performance issues.
- Support prototype builds, product qualification, and production activities.
- Assist with technical presentations, documentation, and supplier interactions.
