    Description

The Transformation Manager – S&OP will own the end-to-end implementation of a harmonized Sales and Operations Planning process across the company's business units, plants, and brand portfolio, leading the program from current-state assessment through future-state design and into execution. This is an individual contributor role with high visibility and direct exposure to senior leadership.

    What you’ll do:

    • Lead the S&OP implementation program end to end, from current-state assessment through future-state design, rollout, and stabilization.
    • Drive the change and cultural management effort needed to shift plants and functions from fragmented, ad hoc planning to one shared process, as a core priority alongside the process rollout itself.
    • Establish and track key performance indicators, including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, capacity utilization, and planning cycle adherence, ensuring the S&OP process delivers measurable business value.
    • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across sales, operations, and finance to align on process, data, and governance decisions.
    • Manage multiple parallel work streams, including commercial demand/forecasting and operations capacity planning, and reconcile competing priorities across them.
    • Navigate the complexity of harmonizing distinct brand needs and a diverse, multi-plant manufacturing footprint into one standardized process.
    • Build and maintain a program plan covering scope, timeline, resourcing, risks, and dependencies.
    • Prepare and deliver regular updates to executive leadership on program progress, risks, and decisions needed.

         What we look for:

        • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Master's preferred.
        • 6 years of transformation / program management experience.
        • Prior hands-on experience working within an S&OP process, on either the commercial/demand or operations/supply side. Experience in a sales or operations function preferred.
        • Experience operating in a private equity-owned or investor-governed environment strongly preferred.
        • Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and frameworks preferred.
        • Change management experience, with a track record of driving adoption of new processes across a resistant or fragmented stakeholder base.
        • Strong project or program management skills, including experience with tools such as Monday.com, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
        • Strong analytical and data fluency, with the ability to work in Excel and interpret forecast and capacity model logic well enough to challenge and translate it for stakeholders.
        • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority and present effectively to senior executives.
        • Comfortable operating with ambiguity, building process from the ground up, and connecting day-to-day execution to broader business objectives.
        • Ambitious, flexible, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
        • Ability to travel 25%.
