Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their nationally-recognized Real Estate Practice Group. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate transactions with a team known for its depth of experience, client-focused approach, and collaborative culture.

Candidate Profile

JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
4-6 years of substantive experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing
Experience with real estate debt and/or equity matters
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Elevated attention to detail, with proven ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish
Confident in managing client relationships and providing strategic, business-oriented legal counsel
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
Conduct legal due diligence, including title and survey review, and manage closing processes
Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals and provide strategic, practical legal advice
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions
Support partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate matters involving commercial and institutional clients

Competitive Salary:$295,000 - $350,000, as determined by experience and market factors
