A leading national law firm is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Charlotte office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing developers, investors, lenders, private equity sponsors, and institutional clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
• 3–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development, joint ventures, leasing, and financing transactions preferred
• Experience representing developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, private equity sponsors, or institutional clients
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, joint venture agreements, development agreements, and related transaction documents
• Ability to independently manage transactions and work directly with clients
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• North Carolina bar admission required or ability to become admitted
