We are seeking a dedicated Transactional Data Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our Chicago Plant, a unionized facility operating on a 24/7 schedule. This is a full-time, on-site position with the opportunity to contribute to our success and grow your career.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly and monthly close transactions and maintain BOM1 (SAP & Meridian).
• Monitor and correct transactional errors affecting data integrity and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and support internal audits.
• Analyze data and trends, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct cycle counts and manage inventory in SAP-ECC inventory locations.
• Serve as Plant Data Steward ensuring BOM accuracy.
• Lead efforts to reduce/eliminate waste and support raw, pack, and FG cycle counts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong SAP experience.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferences

• Experience implementing World Class Manufacturing tools and processes.
• Background in LEAN manufacturing systems.
• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles and Lean-Six Sigma capability tools.
