The ideal candidate has broad experience of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract disputes, and business succession planning, and is looking for a firm where quality client relationships come before volume.

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills
• Must be licensed attorney and in good standing to practice law in Oklahoma
• Client-focused mindset with excellent communication and follow-up habits
